Applications that meet our eligibility criteria will go through a review process.
If approved, the recipient will be notified and asked to complete a grant agreement form, and provide your safeguarding policy.

We intentionally make grants through networks that we consider will strengthen the capacity of the global church. These grants vary in size.

We want to work with other funders to learn and share ideas and approaches. If there is a project that involves a funding group with funders + charities + churches working together we are interested to know more.

£20,000 per year with opportunity for multiyear funding
Trustees identify a dozen or so organisations that become grantee partners – these partners will have received a Foundation grant already.
Partner organisations typically are small, fairly newly established charities where the impact of the funds and partner opportunity with the offering of funder plus; is felt to have high potential impact. Partners will have a clear vision with a project which sparks interest and passion, that would benefit from partnership level support for 3-5 years. We ask for feedback from our partners on our processes.
In 2023 we conducted a pilot with State of Life, for us to learn more about Impact measurement and the most efficient way of doing this, as this is usually a costly area for charities, but many funders are looking for charities to be able to demonstrate impact. We are still learning more about Impact Measurement and hope to support more charities we support with this part of their work.
Evidencing the social value of work can retain and grow investment, membership, staff, volunteers and funding. Plus, the new UK Govt. Green Book (2020) on how to evaluate UK policy and projects states on p5 that: “The appraisal of social value, also known as public value, is based on the principles and ideas of welfare economics …Social or public value therefore includes all significant costs and benefits that affect the welfare and wellbeing of the population, not just market effects.”.
