Lady Jay Green

Trustee

Jay is a Nurse and Midwife and she and later trained as a counsellor. She met Stephen whilst training at St Thomas’ Hospital in London in 1970.  When they moved to Hong Kong nursing was problematic because of language and young children. It continues to this day and is a successful shop and community hub.  Back in London in 1993 she was involved with business development at Church House Bookshop in Westminster and also travelled widely with Stephen. In 2006, she set up the Bishop Radford Trust and developed grantee partnerships with several key organisations, providing them with both financial and advisory support.  She was a Trustee of The Bible Reading Fellowship for 13 years and continues to be involved with the BRF Ministries. She is also a trustee of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Anglican Communion Fund especially involved with clergy medical emergencies.

Jay and Stephen live mainly in London in their spare time they enjoy time with the family, travel, walking, music and the arts.
